Privacy

Plain-language pilot privacy.

The pilot form asks only for enough information to understand your team, the decision you may want to review, and how to contact you.

What we collect

Your name, work email, organization, optional role, decision description, referral information, and submission time.

What not to submit

Do not include confidential project information, personal data about other people, health information, credentials, API keys, or regulated data.

How we use it

To assess pilot fit, contact you, and improve the service. We do not sell pilot inquiry information.

Where it is stored

Pilot inquiry records are stored as private objects in Vercel Blob and are limited to people operating TechEthics and its hosting providers.

Workspace data

The current workspace stores project state in the participant’s browser. Explicit AI actions send the visible prompt and relevant context through the configured provider. Use approved, non-confidential material.
